Steve Hightower

Steve joined Maschmedt & Associates in 1997, calling on independent dealers in Southern California. Prior to that Steve was a buyer at Turner's Outdoorsman. In 2001 Steve started his management responsibilities for our agency managing the company’s fishing business. In 2006 he was promoted to Vice President of our Outdoor division and in 2011 became an equity partner in Maschmedt & Associates. Today, Steve is the President of our agency, overseeing all aspects of sales.

Steve now lives in Kansas and maintains key account responsibilities. He has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and motorcycles. He has 2 adult children in California.
