Investing in our people
Unlike many groups, we do not “employ” sub reps. All of our Associates are salaried, full time employees with a performance bonus package, full expense reimbursement, auto, retirement plan and full benefits. They work for us exclusively.
In winning the battle at retail
Consumers have multiple buying choices so its imperative that they choose our brands at decision time. That only happens when we train and educate the counter staff and ensure that our brands are prominently merchandised.
In bringing a value added approach
to our vendor partners, making it impossible for them to do what we do at a comparable cost.
